As we were eating dinner tonight, Connor wanted to sing! I started singing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and he started to sing with me, and I was amazed that he knew most of the words. He has known a few words here and there, but tonight he was able to sing most of the song with me!
I also love how he sings "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse." He sings the Mickey Mouse and then raises his voice when he sings the word Clubhouse. He also sings the Hot Dog song from Mickey Mouse now.
I really hope Connor's love for music continues! I just hope he gets his daddy's singing talent, not mine.

Baby #2 will also be in Blue!
For the last few months, I was dead set on waiting until the baby was born to find out if we were having a boy or girl. Well, we had our ultrasound yesterday, and I just couldn't stand the suspense, so we found out! Baby number two will also wear blue! I am very excited to be the mother of two boys.
Baby was so active during the ultrasound. He was moving all around, kicking his legs, arching his back, and waving his arms back and forth. It was really fun to see how active he is already, though I am NOT looking forward to those kicks as he gets bigger. Because he was moving around so much, they were not able to get a good look at his face, so we get to have another ultrasound in four weeks. I can't wait to see how much he changes in the next month.
They also discovered that I have a low-lying placenta. I guess it isn't anything to worry about right now as most placentas will eventually move higher throughout the pregnancy, but they are going to keep an eye on it as the pregnancy progresses. If the placenta doesn't move, or if it drops, (which we will find out at another ultrasound at 32 weeks) they call it a previa... and it is possible I may have to have the baby up to four weeks early. So, I will keep you all as updated as possible.
As I write this post, Connor is playing with his new toys and singing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" along with his Sesamie Street radio. I am amazed at how many words to the song he knows, he must sing a lot at daycare.
With that, I am going to sign off and go play "cars" with my little man!
